Zverev beats Auger-Aliassime and wins Cologne tennis tournament

Zverev, first seed of the race, took the third pre-designated and 22nd place in the ATP hierarchy, in just two sets, by double 6-3, after an hour and 21 minutes of confrontation.

The 23-year-old German tennis player won his 12th career title on the men’s circuit, in a tournament held in camera, due to the 19-covid pandemic, while Auger-Aliassime continues to look for the first trophy, having already been defeated in six finals.
