After Braun Strowman’s interesting segment on SmackDown, we know for a fact that Bray Wyatt will be making a return to the ring.
Strowman gave a vivid description of the first time he met Wyatt, according to the storyline. Apparently, it was in a swamp. He saw Wyatt holding a lantern in the dark.
You can find the description of what unfolded next in the video attached below.
Bray Wyatt vs Braun Strowman is one of the most anticipated feuds in WWE. Since this loss to Strowman at Money in the Bank, Wyatt has not been seen in WWE.
Fans are still waiting on his big return to reignite the feud against Strowman. The wait may finally be over now since Strowman challenged his former mentor to a Swamp Fight!
While no further details have been released, we assume that the Swamp Fight will shot in the same cinematic style as the boneyard match. After its huge success, the cinematic style of shooting matches may become a common occurrence in main events.
The biggest question to ask is if Wyatt will be bringing back his beloved ‘Fiend’ character or not. The Fiend was one of the most intriguing characters in its time.
At Money in the Bank, Bray Wyatt tried to use mind games to manipulate his former family member into rejoining the family by handing him a black mask.
Wyatt thought he’d succeeded when Strowman put on the mask. However, he took it back off and crushed it, subsequently crushing Wyatt’s hopes. He then delivered a Running Powerslam, beating Wyatt.
The feud itself was ignited when Strowman left the Wyatt Family after being drafted. Bray Wyatt blames him, saying that it was his own choice. Shortly after his departure, The Wyatt Family collapsed.
Things have not been the same for Bray Wyatt since Strowman left the Wyatt Family
As for their individual careers, Strowman has been having a fairytale time. Winning the Universal title from Goldberg at WrestleMania and being one of the most dominant faces in the business, Braun Strowman is the new beast in the house.
His former mentor Bray Wyatt however, has been having a nightmare. After being out of action for a year due to an injury, Wyatt saw little redemption. He still remains wanting for a major push that may have finally come to him.
The victor of this feud may be Bray Wyatt after all, hot off his return. It may also be a joust, and while the initial match may be won by Wyatt, the decider will be held at WrestleMania next year. There may also be a major plot twist that sees Strowman rejoining Wyatt and welding the Wyatt family once again.
The two are set to fight in the next major storyline and begin the next chapter of their famous teacher-student rivalry. Will we see ‘The Fiend’ again? It’s only a matter of time before we find out.
