This summer, in the southwest of Alentejo, it will be filled with spicy, sweet and fresh flavors. Mexican Natasia Ocejo took to Vila Nova de Milfontes, more precisely to Hotel Selina, the best of her restaurant in São Pedro do Estoril, on the Cascais line.
THE pop up from Paco Bigotes, running until October 15, will continue to focus on fresh produce to make homemade guacamole, toasts like those served at the Mercado de Coyoacan in Mexico City, or the refreshing ceviche off the coast of Acapulco.
But you can't talk about real Mexican cuisine without mentioning the drinks. Between mescal, tequila and chela (beer), the hard part is choosing. On the rooftop and on the terrace with panoramic views over the River Mira, workshops, happy hours and sunset sessions will also be held. What more can you ask for days of pure rest?
