The Câmara da Figueira da Foz was notified, this morning, by the Administrative and Fiscal Court of Coimbra about the suspension of the administrative takeover of the campsite of Cabedelo, scheduled for tomorrow.
The measure comes from the precautionary measure required by the Federation of Camping and Mountaineering of Portugal, the equipment's concessionaire.
The precautionary request was granted last week, as DIÁRIO AS BEIRAS said, first-hand. On the 22nd, the judge responsible for the case gave instructions for the summons to be sent, to the Figueira da Foz Chamber and to the port administration, as a matter of urgency. However, the quote only reached the municipality today.
According to the DIÁRIO AS BEIRAS, the concessionaire's lawyers requested, this week, the urgent sending of the notification, by express mail. Speaking to DIÁRIO AS BEIRAS, the vice-president of the Câmara da Figueira da Foz, Ana Carvalho, said that the autarchy will appeal and will demand compensation from the concessionaire, if it wins the judicial dispute. However, he suspended administrative tenure.
