Bayern Munich beat Marseille 1-0 in preparation for the 'Champions'

Bayern Munich beat Marseille today, coached by Portuguese coach André Villas-Boas, with a lone goal from German Serge Gnabry, in a private game to prepare for the Bavarian Champions League commitment against Chelsea.

In a game played at the Bayern Munich training center, striker Gnabry, 25, scored the Germans' winning goal in the 19th minute, after assistance from Austrian David Alaba, and the scorer did not move again until the end of the match.

The match served for the Bavarian team to prepare for the match of the 'millionaire league' against the English Chelsea, scheduled for August 8, in Germany, concerning the second leg of the round of 16 of the competition, starting with the team that won the Bundesliga for the eighth consecutive time with a clear advantage over the 3-0 victory in London.
